Course Project Video: Organizational Behavior Course
Supplemental Material
Description
These videos detail a team project designed for students enrolled in an undergraduate course on organizational behavior. The project focused on students gaining a deeper understanding of the generational differences and perspectives on work.
The first video outlines the assignment itself. In this video, I focus on the cloud-based collaboration tools students can use as well as the three phases in which the assignment is to be submitted. The second video, presented by Dr. Barksdale, provides the subject matter content on the generational differences towards work the Traditionalist, Baby Boomers, Gen X and Millennials could hold.
Results
600+ students used the videos to complete their team projects. 100% of students completed the assignment.
